Lucy Upcroft has over 20 years experience developing and implementing systems for Human Resource functions. Her consulting expertise across HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Talent Management, and Learning Management systems brings a wealth of knowledge and advisory skill to the HRMA team.
Lucy is an experienced analyst in the HR enterprise software world. Having successfully completed a bachelor degree in Science (Computer Science and Statistics) from the University of Queensland, she has held technical and business roles in development and consulting across several Talent2 product suites; specialising in Talent2 Alesco HRIS (now Ascender HCM). Her roles have seen her implement, develop, and consult across the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Fiji, PNG, and New Zealand.
Recently Lucy has held a technical role with Talent2’s Workforce Optimisation group, specialising in the implementation of Talent Management Systems and Workforce Analytics. At HRMA we strengthen our Workforce Analysis, modelling and reporting solutions, by partnering with leading workforce modelling and workforce analysis systems providers.
Her broader experience includes: HR Business Analysis; HR Process Requirements Specification and Delivery; HRIS Analysis, Development, and Implementation.
