Pre-Audit activities

We conduct a gap analysis to determine the current state of preparedness regarding the standards. We review reporting responsibility, data availability, data quality, the integrity of supply and ownership, and clarify open questions around the preferred route to certification, timelines, and budget.

Organisation certification audit

The audit’s goal is to evaluate your Human capital reporting or Workforce data quality based on the ISO 30414 and AS5329 standards.

Small to medium organisations will need to report on 32 metrics.

Large organisations will need to report on 58 metrics.

A certification body also referred to as a “registrar”, performs an audit to assess compliance with the standard(s) and the organisation’s declared management system. Upon a successful audit, a trusted third-party registrar grants a certificate of compliance to the organisation.

Recertification Audit

The recertification audit is conducted to evaluate the fulfilment of the certification requirements. Recertification must occur within six (6) months following the certification expiration.

The new certification’s effective date is on or after the technical reviewer’s recertification decision, and the expiry date is based on the prior certification cycle.

Surveillance Audit (annually)

Onsite or remote surveillance audits at planned intervals maintain the confidence that the certified management system fulfils the certification requirements. The first surveillance audit is conducted within twelve (12) months from the certification decision date.  Surveillance audits are not necessarily full system audits; thus, surveillance audits are generally one-third of the initial audit time.  There are a total of two surveillance audits before the recertification audit.
