Jillian Patterson

Jillian Patterson holds a double degree in Business (HR Management) and Arts (Psychology).  Jillian was a key team member in the development of Workforce Optimisation and has a detailed knowledge of and experience in implementing our programs and solutions.  Her experience is international with a range of research and consulting assignments in the UK,  Japan and Australia across a range of settings including university and government.

Jillian took time out to begin a family and has now re-joined the original development team at HRMA.  Jillian has worked with the team on many major projects including assignments with Defence, UWS, Thiess, Origin  and Telstra.  She has developed strong consulting skills having built her career across a broad range of positions including working with the HRMA team at Talent2.  In her time at Talent2 she became a specialist in designing and implementing Talent Management systems and worked extensively with competency models and frameworks.  She has exposure to HR projects across the human capital lifecycle and has been closely involved with outplacement programs providing employee advice and assessment.   She has coupled this experience with research, data analysis, project management and policy and business roles which have honed her skills in consulting, written communication, organisation, relationship building, research and analysis.
